The Musings Of An Opinionated Sod [Help Me Grow!]

Beware Of Sweet Old Ladies …

A client sent me this … I hope to god it’s true, but sadly I don’t think it is.

Still, it shows [1] the power of a good story and [2] how brands can engage people on their devilish aspirations, not just their status ones.

This letter was sent to the Lions Bay School principal’s office after the school had sponsored a luncheon for seniors. An elderly lady received a new radio at the lunch as a door prize and was writing to say thank you.

All hail Edna, Andy’s long-lost Granny!

I want to be Edna when I grow up………….and my future once again is bright.

And don’t worry if it’s not true now……it will be in say 40 years.
