Marcus has written an amazing post on a terrible, terrible incident that affected his entire family – and will continue to affect his family – for generations to come.
I don’t know whether writing about it has helped him release some of the pain and anguish he obviously lives with every day … but I think he is a brave man, because you can tell the myriad of emotions he experiences are still raw, powerful and confusing.
I’m won’t write about the incident because I don’t feel I have the right too … but I urge you to check it out because as far as I am concerned, it is a brilliant piece of heartfelt writing – expressing the overwhelming pain, suffering, guilt, anger and helplessness that an incident beyond your control or imagination causes when it dramatically crashes and consumes every aspect of your life.
Post of the year.

Comment by Marcus Brown April 11, 2007 @ 3:45 pmYep … hahaha.
But you know what, I don’t care because life is not all happy, funny, slag-off-the-World, it can also hurt. Badly.
Saying that, some good has come out of it, it showed Andy has a sensitive side too.
