In my office is a framed picture.

Well, actually there’s a lot of framed pictures – 30 to be precise.

But this particular framed picture is noticeable for 3 distinct reasons.

1. It’s in a gold frame.

2. It’s one of the smallest in the room.

3. It features this image …

You see one day I was bored so decided to see how many swear words I could come up with in emoji’s.

So given it’s Friday and almost the weekend, see how many of them you can get annnnnnnnd, if you get more than 75%, you can consider yourself ‘down with the kids’. Or at least sweary, immature, 47 year olds.

Happy weekend.

Great blog title.

Disappointed in your lack of emoji swearing translation. It’s ‘deep shit’.

Robert. Seriously.

Wait. You came up with that and then paid to have it framed? That makes your wifi cup look a smart choice.

Comment by DH

he admitted to having 30 pics in his office. what the fuck are the other 29.

Comment by andy@cynic

No David, the wifi cup was definitely a worse decision.

Comment by George

I agree the cup is a worse product but depending on how much the framing was, emojiart could still be a worse idea.

Comment by DH

Based on Rob’s comment below, you’re right, the cup is worse.

For the record, while I did indeed buy a wifi mug, it never arrived – which means I was doubly ripped off.

Double good.

campbell, send me $10k and ill send you a bowl that tells you what cereal youve put in it. fucking amazing tech.

Comment by andy@cynic

Wifi mug wasn’t the name of the product Rob.

Can’t be bothered with emojis so let’s get back to ads. Can anybody tell me if Superbowl ads have ever featured superb owls in line with that meme?

And when you see the Alexa ad, is it only me who thinks they missed a trick by having Anthony Hopkins feeding a peacock rather than an owl – not to mention the fact that having Lecter listening in sort of empasises the whole creepiness of voice assistant? Ok, it probably is only me, but at least I’m not wasting time on emojis.

no one reads long emoji.

I have to write an article for PSFK about Super Bowl add so maybe I can mention this for you John and hear what people think. Maybe.

Comment by Rob

Maybe people will read your article.
