As you know, I think Singapore gets a very bad rap because in all honesty, it is a wonderful place – however there are some things that are very wrong with the country … not from a personal point of view … but from the perspective there are things that are going to limit the growth of the country and it’s people in the years ahead.
To best demonstrate this, I ask you to look at this brilliant performance by the Singaporean Complaints Choir … though the fact the Singaporean Government banned their debut performance pretty much sums up the biggest issue the country is facing …
Thanks to lovely Angus for this.

I guess this means you can kiss your PR status goodbye Robert.
I am surprised the Choir didn’t sing about the Singaporean armpit sniffing inspector http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3H1r48jTts though I would not be surprised if I was to learn the story was censored by the local authorities and press.
Comment by Lee Hill January 5, 2009 @ 2:44 pmTo be honest mate, I’ve been travelling so much I may have missed the news of the phantom armpit sniffer but like you, I wouldn’t be surprised if this story was buried in an attempt to keep everything all nice, clinical and calm 🙂
