Last weekend I went out for lunch and saw all these Japanese middle aged men [about 30 of them] photographing three young babes all dressed rather inappropriately for a hot Sunday afternoon in Singapore.
At first I thought they were some all girl pop band but after a while I realised this was unlikely because not only were they being VERY gracious to the photographers demands, but they were adopting the sorts of poses you’d expect Jemma Jameson to object to!
[If you don’t know who Jemma Jameson is, you’re probably either [i] female [ii] too young to read this blog [iii] a monk]
Of course I was loving it, but as I was with Jill I made sure I had to put on ‘Male Face #27’ [the one that makes you look like you find the whole thing rather offensive] however after a while I worked out what was really going on …

Just like ‘going to the pub to watch the footie’ is code for ‘going to the pub to get pissed’ – these guys were pretending [to family and passers-by] they were keen amateur photographers so they could hire some gorgeous models and spend an hour or two slobbering over their nubile young flesh.
Pure Evil Genius.
I can hear Mr Dodd’s rushing out to buy a Nikon as this very moment! 🙂
[PS: The reason the above photo is so ‘tame’ is because I had to maintain an air of sophistication for my wife. Trust me, if she wasn’t there, my 8gb Nokia bollocks would be full of dodgy photos and Andy wouldn’t be so disappointed in me, ha!]

I’ve been updating my blog more in the last few days than I have in a long time… it’s because I have so much actual work on at the moment and it’s a great way to procrastinate!
I’m becoming more like you every day, Rob!
I’m aware though that my “Planning” posts are few and far between… i figure it’s because my blog has almost become a place for me to FORGET about work. Which is stupid because it’s one of the main reasons which helped me understand and get into planning in the first place.
Ok, I’m going to make sure my next post won’t just be pop culture filler or emotional ramblings… 🙂
Comment by Age January 11, 2008 @ 7:29 amahem.. just because i’m not posting pics of gratuitous t&a rob, doesn’t mean i’ve died, you know.
Comment by lauren January 11, 2008 @ 7:36 amlol @ Lauren.
That pic IS pretty hot though.
Comment by Age January 11, 2008 @ 7:47 amThose Japanese are clever little fuckers. Respect to one and all.
And saying “little” isn’t racist, it’s race related. 🙂
Comment by Billy Whizz January 11, 2008 @ 8:09 amI’m guessing it’s pure coincidence you have written a post about how great an excuse photography is for men to get up close and personal with hot babes when last Saturday I bought a new DSLR and signed up for some professional photography lessons.
Comment by Pete January 11, 2008 @ 8:21 amIs that true Pete? That’s bloody fantastic!
And Age – I love when you blog about your emotions … it’s absolutely fantastic to read because they’re from the heart, honest and raw and in this World of illusion and delusion that we live in, it’s beyond refreshing.
My issue is you don’t write enough of them – so just like the guys in Memphis back in the 20’s, I encourage you to experience more emotional pain – for your blog [and my] benefit!
Comment by Rob January 11, 2008 @ 8:56 amYes, it’s very true. And stop smiling, I can see it from here 🙂
Comment by Pete January 11, 2008 @ 9:41 amAre you absolutely sure it wasn’t Emah and her twin sister by the river?
Comment by fredrik sarnblad January 11, 2008 @ 9:41 amI’m pretty sure Fred – but I’ll point her to your comment right now and I’m sure she’ll have a response for you that will put your mind at rest 🙂
Comment by Rob January 11, 2008 @ 10:10 amFred, I know that your high school fantasies involve twins! But if you can recall, my legs are no longer than those arms.
Rob – Keep your “powerpuff girls” lunch box before I take a picture of it!!
Comment by Emah January 11, 2008 @ 1:23 pmFighting talk from the little one … 🙂
And what’s this fantasy she’s talking about Freddie?
Comment by Robert January 11, 2008 @ 1:26 pmA young lady poses seductively underneath a glowing street light. Bit of subliminal messaging going on there I think.
Comment by Lee Hill January 11, 2008 @ 2:05 pmHate to disappoint you. But that’s a shemale.
Morning.
Comment by Marcus January 11, 2008 @ 2:59 pmHave you seen the plastic surgery JJ has had done on her face recently? Fucking appalling.
Comment by Angus January 11, 2008 @ 7:15 pmWho knew there were so many cameras to choose from.
Comment by John January 11, 2008 @ 7:23 pmIt’s only because her mouth has been stretched to the point of no return.
Comment by Billy Whizz January 11, 2008 @ 7:25 pmGo for the one with the longest lens, it’ll make up for your lack of tatts
Comment by Billy Whizz January 11, 2008 @ 7:47 pmSo tatts compensate for a lack of length?
Comment by John January 11, 2008 @ 7:51 pmOnly if you accept people with blogs have them to make up for a lack of personality, social life and physical attractiveness.
Comment by Billy Whizz January 11, 2008 @ 8:20 pmPerfectly happy to make a reciprocal concession – though in my case they’re all subjectively-assessed failings to which I confess.
Comment by John January 11, 2008 @ 9:37 pmso if i have a blog, tatts and a telefoto lens, what does that say about me?
Comment by lauren January 12, 2008 @ 6:02 pmThat you’re not to be messed with.
Comment by John January 12, 2008 @ 6:12 pmBilly loves you Lauren [but not in the way Andy ‘LOVES’ you] so I am sure he was only referring to ‘males’ in his character assassination. Or more precisely, John 🙂
Comment by Rob January 12, 2008 @ 7:16 pmaw john, i’m sure billy loves you too (but not in the way andy loves you).
besides, andy only loves me ‘cos i swear – he’ll get over it 🙂
